Privacy Policy
How AI Genjutsu handles accounts, uploaded media, AI edits, and privacy choices.

About this policy
This policy covers AI Genjutsu at aigenjutsu.org, a video editing service that uses a source video and reference image to replace a character. It covers the website, accounts, editing tasks, purchases, and support.
Information we process
- Account data: email, name, profile image where provided, authentication records, and sign-in sessions.
- Editing data: uploaded source videos and reference images, prompts, selected settings, generated videos, task identifiers, status and error records, and credit usage. Media may contain faces, voices, or information about other people.
- Billing data: orders, payment status, provider transaction references, and credit balances. Payment providers process payment credentials; we do not store full payment card numbers.
- Support and technical data: messages and attachments you send us, and technical request information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use and share data
We process data to authenticate users, store and deliver media, run requested edits, maintain task history, reconcile credits and payments, provide support, and prevent abuse. Authorized administrators may access relevant records when investigating a support or operational issue.
Editing requires sending your source video, reference image, prompt, and settings to an external AI processing service. The current integration uses EvoLink and its underlying model providers. Files are made available through temporary signed access links for processing. Hosting and storage services, including Cloudflare R2 when configured, store or deliver media; configured authentication, email, and payment providers receive information necessary for their functions. These providers may process data outside your country. See EvoLink's privacy policy for its data practices.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse and protect users or the service. This policy does not promise that external AI providers never retain inputs or use them for model improvement; their applicable terms and policies govern their processing. Do not upload confidential material or other people's personal data without the required authorization.
Cookies and optional analytics
We use cookies or browser storage for sign-in, language preferences, and privacy choices. If configured, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept optional analytics and only on designated public pages without URL queries or fragments. Clarity may collect public-page interactions, session recordings, and heatmaps. These optional trackers are excluded from the signed-in editor and dashboard. Declining analytics does not prevent editing. Use the privacy choices button on this page to change your decision.
Storage, retention, and security
Uploaded editing media and saved results use the service's private storage flow with account-based access checks; temporary access is also provided to the AI processor. Task history and associated files are retained to support results access, billing reconciliation, and troubleshooting. We do not currently publish a fixed automatic deletion period. Download results you need to keep; the service is not a permanent archive.
We use access controls and protected transport, but no service can guarantee complete security. Retention can differ between our records, backups, payment records, and external providers. A request to remove a task record does not itself guarantee immediate deletion of every file or provider copy.
Privacy requests and contact
You can update available profile fields in account settings. To request access, correction, export, deletion of account or media data, or report a privacy concern, submit a support ticket. Include relevant task identifiers, but never send your password or payment credentials. We may verify account ownership and retain records required for legal, security, or accounting purposes. Requests are handled through support; this policy does not imply a self-service deletion or export feature.
Changes
We will update the date on this page when this policy changes and provide notice of material changes through the service where appropriate.
