Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to AI Genjutsu at aigenjutsu.org. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and comply with applicable laws.

Service and availability

AI Genjutsu uses a source video, a reference image, and an optional prompt to create an AI character replacement edit. Available settings and limits are shown in the editor. Other transformations described in guides are not guarantees of supported features. Access depends on account eligibility, enabled services, and available credits; a displayed pricing plan does not mean checkout is open.

AI processing relies on external services. Processing time, availability, and output quality can vary. Motion, timing, identity, background details, and camera movement may change. Review the whole result before publishing or delivering it. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, flawless frame preservation, or suitability for a commercial purpose. AI Genjutsu is an independent service, not an official Higgsfield product or endorsement.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate account and billing information, and report suspected unauthorized use through support. Do not share access to bypass restrictions or another person's permissions.

Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. You grant us and the processors used for your task the limited permission needed to store, transmit, process, and deliver those inputs and results to provide the service. This does not transfer ownership of your original media to us.

You must have permission to upload and edit the footage and reference image, including necessary copyright, likeness, voice, and privacy permissions. Possessing a file does not establish these permissions. Output rights depend on applicable law, your input rights, and the model provider's terms. We do not guarantee exclusive ownership, copyright protection, or unrestricted commercial use of generated content. You are responsible for checking rights and any required AI disclosure before publication.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for illegal content, sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, fraudulent impersonation, deceptive endorsements, or infringement of intellectual property or personal rights. Do not upload malware, attack the service, evade access or billing controls, or access other users' data. Do not present an AI-edited person as having actually performed an action or endorsed a product when that would deceive others.

Credits, payments, and failed tasks

The editor provides a credit quote before you separately confirm generation. Cost depends on the selected settings and source duration. Each new confirmed task can consume credits. Credit purchase amounts, validity, and any renewal terms are those displayed at checkout; do not assume a subscription or unlimited use. Payment is available only when checkout is enabled.

A task confirmed as failed by the service returns its deducted site credits through the task workflow. Pending, uncertain, or temporarily inaccessible tasks are not automatically confirmed failures; check the existing task or contact support before submitting another paid request. A successful result that does not meet your creative expectations is not automatically a technical failure. Site-credit returns are distinct from cash refunds.

For a disputed charge or refund request, submit a support ticket with the order and task identifiers. Requests are reviewed based on the transaction, usage, and applicable consumer rights. These terms do not restrict mandatory refund or other statutory rights.

Results, suspension, and liability

Download results you need to retain. The service is not a permanent archive. We may restrict access for abuse, security risks, or breaches of these terms; contact support to request account closure or resolve a restriction. Availability and features may change, with notice of material changes where appropriate.

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact and changes

For billing, content-rights complaints, account closure, or other questions, use support tickets. Identify the affected content or task and explain the issue; do not include passwords or payment credentials. Material updates will be reflected in this page's date and communicated through the service where appropriate.
